Ailey II (Troy Powell, Artistic Director) merges the spirit and energy of the country’s best young dance talent with the passion and creative vision of today’s outstanding emerging choreographers. The company embodies Alvin Ailey’s pioneering mission to provide dance performances expressing the beauty and humanity of the African-American heritage and other cultures.
